Jet ski license in Dubai with Nemo WaterSports

Why not get your jet ski license? At Nemo, we have been jet ski pioneers in Dubai, opening our base 8 years ago. In 2022, we began our boat school with the RYA certification from the Royal Yacht Association. The RYA is a top sailing organization. The association began in England in 1875. It is now recognized in many countries, including the United Arab Emirates.

To get your jet ski license you need to have a one-day RYA Personal Watercraft course. Personal Watercraft is how jet ski is referred to in most regulations. This one-day course will allow you to rent jet ski on your own in most places in the world. Main harbours are less and less keen to let jet ski drivers without license or certified supervision enter their premises. Currently, the UAE doesn't have this requirement. However, regulations can change quickly, so it may be needed in the future. Qatar required it this year in 2023, and we could expect it soon in other parts of the GCC. Apart from all that it is also a great opportunity to improve your knowledge and be trained in different situations.

Our certified teachers run regular classes. At the end of the class, you get your RYA PWC (Personal Watercraft) license. In Dubai you can use it to register yourself at DMCA. When you travel abroad, remember to bring your license with you. It's a plastic card with your photo and registration number. In our one-day class, we cover many things like operating a jet ski, docking, and safety measures for the sea. Our instructor is also here to answer the many questions you may have.

The price of the course is 1,500 AED. This is a 7h course. It includes 1h30 of theory and 5h30 of practice.
